Quality Title & Escrow, Inc. is a real estate title company founded in 1997 by Randy K. Thigpen. Over the years, we have helped clients from across Alabama successfully complete real estate transactions. We have expertise in transactions ranging from a few thousand dollars to several hundred million. Our company is an approved agent with both Commonwealth and Chicago Title Insurance Company. We have experience in resolving even the most complex title issues, including litigation and foreclosures.

Our title agents, Randy and Jenny Thigpen are both partners at the law office of Thigpen, Thigpen, Engelthaler & Scott, Inc. Their firm provides a full range of legal services, and specializes in real estate law. Our company is an approved agent for Commonwealth, Chicago and Stewart Title Insurance Companies.
